OONA is an anonymous artist whose work focuses on the dynamics between identity, data, and value. Since her birth in 2021, OONA’s performances have deployed blockchain and surveillance systems as active components, including Look, Touch, Own; Dear David; and Touched, a multi-year artwork updating through Chainlink oracles and auctioned at Christie’s to benefit UNHCR.

Her performances and exhibitions, guerrilla and otherwise, include The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Digital Art Mile at Art Basel Switzerland, HEK Basel, and Art Basel Miami. Her practice has been covered by Numéro, Paper Magazine, and ArtNet.
